CONDITIONS OF USE FOR ALL CBT(NZ) MATERIALS

Dear Brother or Sister in the Lord,

This Compact Disc (CD) is produced by CBT(NZ) to make our Leadership Development and other Spiritual Growth material as accessible and as affordable as possible to you. Our prayer is that the material on this CD, with the empowering of The Holy Spirit, will challenge, convict, encourage and grow you in Christ likeness as you serve in your local Church.

We ask you to be diligent in meeting all the Conditions of Use following and please be prompt with the payments outlined for all the issues you print. This is important so that we can continue to develop new material and fund the copyright obligations of all the material contained on this CD.

GENERAL TERMS

These terms and conditions are to be read carefully as the use of this CD and/or it’s contents is deemed as your acceptance and implies your willingness to adhere to these terms and conditions.

These “Conditions of Use for all CBT(NZ) Materials” constitutes an agreement between you (the ‘User’ or ‘You’) and CBT(NZ) (‘Us’ or ‘We’).

By printing or copying any material from this CD you signify complete acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, do not print or copy these materials.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER

The purchase of this CD gives you the right to view all materials contained on this disc – this is analogous to owning one paper copy of the entire CBT(NZ) library of studies. It is our desire that you become fully familiar with all resources on this disc, so that you use the right studies appropriate to your particular need.

However you do not have the right to make copies of this CD, or to distribute the contents of this disc to others via any electronic means (e.g. e-mail, peer-to-peer, FTP or any other means).

You have the right to print copies of the studies and leaders guides contained on this CD for use by others in your Church or organization for either individual or group study. Your obligation is to pay us for each study or guide issue you print or copy.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

There are two options for payment. Both options work on an honesty basis.

A.) Payment by individual issue: Under this option, the cost is $2 per issue per person using the material. For example, if a group of 6 people do a module with 4 issues, the total amount of issues are 24 @ $2 = $48. This option requires the user to complete the invoice for the issues used and mail it to the office.

B.) Annual Site Licence: Churches may choose to pay an upfront annual site licence fee which is based on the number of regular adult attenders. The site licence enables the church to have unlimited use of these resources within their church for the paid particular year. The cost structure is:

PRODUCT UPDATES: When purchasing this CD it is intended that you register your purchase by providing your physical and electronic contact details and the organization you represent (where appropriate). This will allow us to send you any product updates and provide you with information about new materials and services. If you think you are not a registered user please complete the Product Registration form on the CD and post or e-mail it to us at the contact address contained on the CD.
