Imagine the impact a fresh supply of leaders could have on your church. Existing ministries would have leaders at the helm and new ministries could reach out into the community. Most churches dream of new leaders turning up one Sunday to fill in the gaps. Yet, the reality is that we need to develop our own leaders. Right now there is a pool of people in your midst who have great ability but also a few blind spots preventing them from effectively leading. They need more than time. They need an intentional process of development. Pass the baton to the next generation!

INTENSIVE APPROACH

The Intensive approach contains 3 modules of 11-12 issues each designed for a group to complete in one year (meeting weekly with breaks over school holidays) or two years (meeting for fortnightly). Though an intensive time, the result will be a new group of trained leaders ready to go!

MODULAR APPROACH

The intensive approach may be too much of a stretch in your location. This series of modules helps you to chip away at the development of emerging leaders in do-able segments.
