The ongoing training of governing boards and staff teams can be a blind spot in a church's leadership development plan. Typically, church leaders just learn as they go. And that sometimes means learning by attending meetings and doing ministry. This series of modules helps you to achieve ongoing development in small do-able segments. We suggest that you commit one elder meeting or staff meeting a month
to the Word and prayer (using one of the CBTNZ lessons).
