A
church is made up of numerous teams that expend untold hours in their
passion to see their church grow and develop. The tyranny of the urgent
keeps the team from developing. Typically, the agenda of meetings
involves the day-in, day-out tasks that need to be accomplished. This
series of modules is designed for ministry team meetings to
periodically focus on leadership development. We suggest a ministry
team set aside 4-5 meetings a year to embark on one of these modules.
Alternatively, a team could have a weekend retreat that involves some
