Welcome to CBT(NZ)'s Leadership Development Resources Would you like to be part of a church where everybody is growing at their own pace into greater likeness to Christ, and an over-supply of leaders is being produced? We know that it sounds more like fantasy than fact, but we're convinced that each church, small or large, has the potential to be able to help everyone on their journey toward Christian maturity and to develop effective leaders for the next generation.
